Living in Livingston, MT: What Makes It Different From Bozeman
Livingston and Bozeman are only about 25 miles apart, but they feel pretty different. Livingston has the right mix of a smaller community, a great downtown, and easy access to everything that makes this part of Montana special.
The Yellowstone River runs right along town, Paradise Valley is just to the south, and the Absarokas are right out the back door. Being able to fish or float the river, get out for a hike, and still grab dinner downtown is a big part of why I enjoy living here.
From a real estate perspective, Livingston, MT homes for sale range from historic homes near downtown to townhomes, newer construction, acreage, and properties stretching into Paradise Valley. You’re also still close enough to Bozeman when you need it, without necessarily having to live in the middle of its growth.
If you're considering a move to Livingston or just curious about the Livingston real estate market, feel free to reach out. I'm always happy to share what I know about the area, whether that's real estate, fishing, or simply what it's like to live here.
