My love for Montana and the Greater Yellowstone Ecosystem runs deep. I’ve spent years exploring its rivers, mountains, and open spaces—first as a fly fishing guide and now as a real estate professional helping others find their place in this incredible landscape.
After moving to Jackson, Wyoming, in 2008, I built a career guiding anglers through some of the most scenic waters in the West. That passion eventually brought me to Livingston, Montana, where I fell in love with the Yellowstone River, the Absaroka Mountain Range, and the vibrant community that calls this place home. The wide-open spaces, abundant wildlife, and the connection to Yellowstone National Park make this region truly special. Whether it’s a riverfront retreat, a historic downtown gem, or a secluded mountain property, I love helping people find their perfect Montana home.
I take the same hands-on, personalized approach to real estate as I do to guiding. Just like every fishing trip is tailored to the angler, every home search or sale is unique. I’m here to provide local expertise, honest advice, and a seamless experience from start to finish.
Livingston isn’t just about the outdoors—it’s also home to a thriving arts and culture scene. From world-class galleries to local music and theater, creativity runs deep in this community. The people here—artists, anglers, ranchers, and adventurers alike—make it an inspiring place to live and work.
When I’m not working with clients, you’ll find me floating the Yellowstone River, hiking in the Absarokas, or giving back as a board member of the Joe Brooks Trout Unlimited Chapter. I’m passionate about preserving Montana’s wild places, protecting wildlife migration corridors, and ensuring future generations can experience the beauty of this region just as we do today.
Whether you're looking to buy, sell, or just want to chat about the market, I’d love to connect and help you navigate your real estate journey here in Livingston and beyond.
